Baking galore!

Amidst the constant “Mummy” screeches (plus some housechores), I still managed to find the time to put up a list of “To Bake” but they aren’t for me or Nil but for the little bub I have waddling around at home. I figured that she’s such a foodaholic and her food stash is dwindling, I might as well make full use of my long weekend and get cracking with the oven.

So over the next couple of days, I’ll be attempting to churn out the following:

  • Corn loaf/muffin
  • Wholemeal cheese muffin
  • Pumpkin gratin
  • Toffee brownies
  • Madeleines with an Asian twist

So yes, with any luck, I should be able to show off some recipes in the next few days. Ooooo, can’t wait to get cracking on it actually.

  1. Already drooling just looking at the list! Do you freeze them and re-heat in the oven whenever Eva wants to eat? I didn’t know you can with baked goods. hmmm.

    Can…just make sure they keep in an airtight container. I usually heat them up in the microwave. πŸ™‚
