And I see that you have the Mo Sang Kor brand (Mo Sang Kor is supposedly the name of a famous BKT stall in Klang). Did you buy it online or from Malaysia?
Oh, here’s a tip. To get rid of the impurities/bubbles that float at the top, blanch the meat in boiling hot water first before cooking it. That ought to get rid of the bubbles.
Enjoy your dinner, and dont forget the cili padi and chopped garlic to go with it!
whim: Yeah, I would have boiled it but got lazy lugging around 1.8 kg of bones and meat…plus hubby was bugging me about it so I just boiled it. Surprisingly, the soup turned out pretty clear!
No leh, mum bought it and sent it over. XD
